1.產品結構 production structure

 各部件金屬對金屬表面的沒有滑動磨損----------實現(xiàn)長壽命、無維護 
第一、執(zhí)行機構傳動中，采用高科技材料的滾筒撥叉結構，動作平穩(wěn)，沒有傳動死區(qū)，沒有機械磨損。
第二、氣缸內壁采用燒結還氧涂層，加上低磨擦的活塞密封圈、支撐圈和高效穩(wěn)定的密封脂，可以保證長期平滑的動作，不需要額外添加潤滑油，無需保養(yǎng)工作。 
作為標準化設計，執(zhí)行機構符合DIN3337/ISO5211，VDI/VDE3845（Namur）的標準，這使安裝變得簡單，并可以很容易地裝配電磁閥、定位器等附件。  

第三、斜錐面金屬密封蝶閥設計采用了一個雙偏心和一個斜錐面密封結構，實現(xiàn)蝶板在開啟瞬間，密封面隨即分離，關閉接觸時，密封圈擠壓后，自身微量變形，實現(xiàn)密封，
而密封付之間，沒有金屬對金屬表面的滑動摩擦，這樣大大延長了密封件的使用壽命, 達到啟閉輕松自如，密封自動補償。

B. The inner of cylinder is sinter epoxy painting. Low-friction seal ensures smooth, rotary motion and require no additional lubrication,therebyreducing maintenance costs. 
As standard, all actuators have connections that comply with DIN3337/ISO5211，VDI/VDE3845（Namur）.This simplifies mounting and makes it easier to fit accessories such as solenoid valve, position indicators and the like. 

C.Triple Eccentric Metal-seated Butterfly Valve adopts a double-eccentric and a Sideling Cone surface. This can separate the seal surface. When close it, the seal ring was extrusion so as to make a little changable.This realized seal. Without friction between metals, prolonging the life of the seal products.

   錐面金屬密封蝶閥應用專利技術結構形式：采用了可浮動的密封環(huán)，密封環(huán)在閥體上可以依閥板關閉時，靠推力適當調整自身的位置，這樣可浮動的密封圈，可以補償閥門在不同工況，如高溫、管道應力等產生的變形、熱膨脹等因素，消除變形的影響，確保密封吻合、比壓均勻，從本質上徹底解決了，金屬對金屬硬密封泄漏的難題，實現(xiàn)金屬密封零泄漏。
Triple Eccentric Metal-seated Butterfly Valve absorbs the advantages: floating seal ring is adopted and the seal ring is capable of self-adjustment by the pressure of disc when closing so as to compensate the possible deformation or heat expansion under different working conditions, such as high temperature, damage to the face, resulting an even contact pressure ration.So, the seal leakage problem as a result of temperature change is solved completely.

   RC200的設計是以經(jīng)過時間檢驗的撥叉結構為基礎的，這個結構可以在活塞剛開始運動及運動結束時提供大的扭矩。這個特點特別適合閥門的應用，閥門在轉動過程中,保持固定的扭矩，在與閥座分離及密封時， 撥叉?zhèn)鲃訄?zhí)行機構提供比同規(guī)格齒輪齒條傳動大20%的力矩輸出，實現(xiàn)了，斜錐面金屬密封蝶閥，扭矩力面密封，通過較大力矩帶動密封面擠壓，保障了密封性能。
The RC200 series is based on our time-tested Scotch Yoke principle which provides high torque at the beginning and end of each operation. This feature is especially valuable in applications where a valve remains stationary throughout long periods, or has a high break-away and seating torque. Remote Control scotch Yoke offer more 20% output torque than the same standard gear and rack., so as to realize seal depend on torque,ensures seal performance.

4. 故障時安全可靠復位 Spring return when malfunction

 執(zhí)行機構是整體獨立彈簧套結構，高質量的彈簧被預先壓縮到70%，使用時再壓縮30%，彈簧長期可靠蓄能，這樣確保了緊急時，安全切斷的需要。
The actuator is spring assembly. High quality spring is recompressed to 70%,repress 30% when we use it. This guarantees safety when malfunction.

5. 傳統(tǒng)金屬密封蝶閥
 
   傳統(tǒng)金屬蝶板用雙偏心結構，在啟閉時，0°~10°間密封圈與閥座始終未能分離，仍處于滑動摩擦擠壓變形狀態(tài)，機械磨損嚴重，摩擦扭矩大，而且彈性的U 型密封圈，在熱狀態(tài)下，二次退火，變硬、變脆，失去彈性，直接嚴重影響密封效果和正常開閉操作。

RCT執(zhí)行機構，表面特殊處理，適用于高腐蝕的環(huán)境。 RCT actuator with special surface treatment resistant to corrosive environments.

RCC執(zhí)行機構碳鋼缸體，耐高溫，1050℃下可工作一小時。  RCC carbon steel actuator keep the damper closed for more than one hour in +1050℃.
