進口蒸汽調節閥

進口蒸汽調節閥就是以壓縮空氣為動力源,以氣缸為執行器,并借助于電氣閥門定位器、轉換器、電磁閥、保位閥等附件去驅動閥門,實現開關量或比例式調節,接收工業自動化控制系統的控制信號來完成調節管道介質的:流量、壓力、溫度等各種工藝參數。氣動調節閥的特點就是控制簡單,反應快速,且本質安全,不需另外再采取防爆措施。

進口蒸汽調節閥常見故障及產生的原因

(一)調節閥不動作。故障現象及原因如下:

1.無信號、無氣源。①氣源未開,②由于氣源含水在冬季結冰,導致風管堵塞或過濾器、減壓閥堵塞失靈,③壓縮機故障;④氣源總管泄漏。

2.有氣源,無信號。①調節器故障,②信號管泄漏;③定位器波紋管漏氣;④調節網膜片損壞。

3.定位器無氣源。①過濾器堵塞;②減壓閥故障I③管道泄漏或堵塞。

4.定位器有氣源,無輸出。定位器的節流孔堵塞。

5.有信號、無動作。①閥芯脫落,②閥芯與社會或與閥座卡死;③閥桿彎曲或折斷;④閥座閥芯凍結或焦塊污物;⑤執行機構彈簧因長期不用而銹死。

進口蒸汽調節閥有以下特征:

1、蒸汽調節閥的閥體流體通道呈S流線型, 壓降損失小, 流量大, 可調范圍廣,流量特性曲線精度高

2、蒸汽調節閥閥芯導向面積大, 抗振性好。結構緊湊,輸出力大,可用于控制各種不同壓力和溫度的蒸汽

3、蒸汽調節閥個部件經過細的研磨,消除痕跡,減小或消除密封間隙,提高密封面的光潔度,具有高密封性能。

4、蒸汽調節閥配有高精度的定位開關及各種膜片、膜盒及感溫器材,能精確控制蒸汽的壓力、流量及溫度等參數。

進口蒸汽調節閥選型分析:

(1) 閥芯形狀結構主要根據所選擇的流量特性和不平衡力等因素考慮。

(2) 耐磨損性當流體介質是含有高濃度磨損性顆粒的懸浮液時,閥的內部材料要堅硬。

(3) 耐腐蝕性由于介質具有腐蝕性,盡量選擇結構簡單閥門。

(4) 介質的溫度、壓力當介質的溫度、壓力高且變化大時,應選用閥芯和閥座的材料受溫度、壓力變化小的閥門。

(5) 防止閃蒸和空化閃蒸和空化只產生在液體介質。在實際生產過程中,閃蒸和空化會形成振動和噪聲,縮短閥門的使用壽命,因此在選擇閥門時應防止閥門產生閃蒸和空化。
