進(jìn)口多級(jí)降壓低噪音調(diào)節(jié)閥是在吸收CV3000調(diào)節(jié)閥技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上研發(fā)的實(shí)用新型閥門，特殊的閥內(nèi)件設(shè)計(jì)可實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門在高溫高壓差工況下達(dá)到降噪降壓的效果。該系列閥門采用多層套筒結(jié)構(gòu)，套筒層數(shù)一般為2～6層，最高壓差可達(dá)7MPa。原理：當(dāng)流體介質(zhì)流經(jīng)閥體內(nèi)件時(shí)，復(fù)雜的節(jié)流通道具有較大的阻尼系數(shù)，會(huì)逐級(jí)降低壓力和速度，防止對(duì)內(nèi)件的沖蝕。同時(shí)聲波在節(jié)流通道中收縮、膨脹以及摩擦，不斷消耗其能量，能很好吸收一定的頻率，降低噪音，最大降噪可達(dá)30分貝左右。 

進(jìn)口多級(jí)降壓低噪音調(diào)節(jié)閥的泄漏量符合ANSI B16.104標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。調(diào)節(jié)閥配用多彈簧薄膜執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)或氣缸執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，其結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，輸出力大。 

Multi-Stage Pressure Reducing Low-Noise Control Valve 

Multi-stage pressure reducing low-noise Control Valve is the new type developed on the basic of CV3000 series control valve by our company. The special valve trim parts can reduce the noise and pressure under the condition of high temperature and pressure. it adopts multi-cage whose layers number is 2 to 6, and the max. pressure drops is up to 7MPa. Theory: When the fluid flow across the valve trim, the throttle passage with larger damping coefficient can reduce pressure and velocity to prevent eroding the trim. And the sound wave is consumed the energy and absorbed its frequency after shrinking , expanding and rubbing, the max noise reduction is about 30db lower. 

The leakage complies with the ANSI B16.104 standards. The actuator integrated with simplest mechanisms utilizes a compact yet powerful diaphragm actuator loaded with multiple springs or a cylinder.
